well, a contact i have on my windows messenger got in touch with me, and he asked me what version of windows messenger i have, and i told him 4.7, because that's the version that came on the computer. He told me it was out of date and i needed to download windows messenger 5. He told me he could send it to me on skype he believed, and i told him i didn't think i could do anything much with skype because i'm on dial up. he told me he talked to a woman on dial up and it worked very well until he tried to send her an mp3 song, then things got messy. So i downloaded skype, and we gave each other a call, and it worked pretty good. we had feed back, but i could hear him fine and he said there was very little llag from me. He's even had a 3 way with himself, another person and th eother person on dial up. We talked for over half an hour, and, although there was just a bit of break up here and there, we still understood each other fine. He sent me the file for windows messenger 5, and it took about a half hour to down load. I already have 2 ppl on my skype list. I was really thrilled it worked. I wonder how it would work for me and another dial up user. So, if you have dial up, or aren't too audio picky, my skype name on there is wonderwoman 803. It automatically put the 803 in there when i signed up.
